The Project Manager will undertake the pivotal role of overseeing a diverse range of projects within varying timeframes, spanning from brief engagements lasting a few days to more extensive initiatives extending over several months. This position holds a fundamental place within the team structure, facilitating transparent communication channels both within the organization and with external stakeholders. The Project Manager is anticipated to adeptly handle a workload comprising approximately 8-10 projects simultaneously, showcasing their organizational and multitasking abilities.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Plano, TX area where they can collaborate directly with service delivery teams onsite in accordance with our hybrid work schedule.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the entire project lifecycle, from contract execution to service delivery, spanning various disciplines.
  • Collaborate directly with internal and customer-facing teams, such as Professional Services management, Customer Success management, and Executive Leadership, to ensure the successful execution of customer-driven projects during onboarding and internal improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and establish effective channels for escalation and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Document project details in accounting systems, such as SalesForce and NetSuite.
  • Implement comprehensive risk management strategies, identifying trends and implementing corrective processes while promptly escalating critical issues to leadership.
  • Monitor project deliverables and conduct conference calls with clients, guiding them through subsequent stages of the project lifecycle.

Required Education & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective communication and ensuring adherence to project management methodology to ensure project outcomes surpass client expectations.
  • Exhibit robust operational and organizational skills essential for driving consistency and scalability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
  • Capable of managing multiple project endeavors while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing customer-facing professional service delivery projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PPT, PowerBI, etc. would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure effective project execution.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations using tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
